Crock pot recipe - there are several other variations on zaar, but I was looking for one that didn't call for onion soup mix. Haven't tried it yet. Ingredients:
3 lbs chuck roast |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place meat and onions in crock pot. 2. Mix remaining and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours 3. Shred meat and serve on buns with broth o/s for dipping. |
