This is another recipe of my grandmother's. It is very tasty. Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon margarine |
1 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 jar dried beef |
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook onion in margarine until tender. 2. Stir in milk and cream cheese. 3. Mix until blended. 4. Add remaining ingredients. 5. Serve hot with rye or pumpernickle bread. |
