From my Celebrate Minnesota Cookbook published in 1990. Serve with taco or nacho chips. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and mashed |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 onion, chopped |
3/4 cup ketchup |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and top with cheese. 2. Bake in a casserole for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. |
