An absolutely fabulous bean dip, the best I have ever had! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix |
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
20 drops tabasco sauce |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together first five ingredients with mixer. 2. Pour half into a casserole dish and add halh of the cheese. 3. Pour remaining mixture on top of cheese. 4. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 6. Serve with tortilla chips. |
