A simple appetizer spread. Ingredients:
8 ounces bacon |
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble bacon. 3. Blend cream cheese with milk. Stir in onion, horseradish and crumbled bacon. 4. Spread in an individual casserole or small oven-proof platter. Bake 15 minutes. 5. Serve with cracker or fresh vegetables. |
