Hot Asian Burgers

Nice change from an ordinary burger
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 lb medium ground beef
2 green onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Beat egg with a fork.
2. Mix in breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
3. Mix in ground beef.
4. Shape into 4 (1/2 ) patties.
5. Place on grill covered and turning once for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
6. Add green peppers to tops of burgers.
7. Place each on a bun.
