Party Fare! These toasted little pary ryes hold the spread and are topped with an artichoke and baked. Ingredients:
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup diced onions |
1 tsp w-shire sauce |
dash salt & pepper |
party rye bread |
canned artichokes, quarters, well drained |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 4 ingredients with salt and pepper. 2. Toast the slices of party rye bread. 3. Spread the mixture over the bread slices. 4. Top each bread with a piece of artichoke 5. Broil till bubbly and just beginning to brown. |
