This was one of the original artichoke dips. It's simple, quick and OH so tasty. Ingredients:
1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drain and chop |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. 2. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 cup casserole. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 4. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
