Hot Artichoke & Jalapeno Cheese Dip |

Hot, hot and yummy! Ingredients:
1 can of artichoke hearts, in water, drained quartered and diced into bite size pieces |
1/2 - 1 can of roasted, diced jalapenos |
1 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened |
4 oz. grated parmesean cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise. Stir in parmesean cheese, artichocke hearts and 1/2 - 1 can of jalapeno peppers. Spread into a 10 X 8 glass dish, greased or sprayed with baking spray. Bake until lightly brown around edges and middle, approximately 25 minutes. Serve with fresh cubed french bread and or tortilla chips. |
