2 garlic cloves |
1 cup(s) green onions |
1/3 cup(s) grated parmesan |
1/3 cup(s) light mayi |
1/4 cup(s) less fat cream cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper |
12 ounce(s) thawed frozen artichoke hearts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Place garlic & 1 chopped green onion in a food processor; process until chopped. Add parmesan, mayo, cream cheese,lemon juice, and red pepper; process until almost smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts. Spoon mixture into a 3 cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15 min |
