Ingredients:
2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
2 cups grated fresh parmesan cheese |
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
dash of lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole or soufflé dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. |
