I've made this for years for parties. I serve it with home made pita chips or other study crackers. Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts (14-16 oz) drained, chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 c shredded parmesan |
1/2 teaspoon (or more) garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine and place in baking dish of choice. 2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
