This recipe came with my Double Dipper Crockpot unit. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon pimiento, diced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the Double Dipper unit. 2. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes or until hot. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
