Suggested dippers are crackers or bagel chips. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 1/3 cups french-fried onions, divided |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, peppers, artichoke, and 2/3 cup of the French fried onions. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate. 3. Bake the dip for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining 2/3 cup of French fried onions. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes - just long enough to brown the onions slightly. |
