Hot Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup plain yogurt, drained |
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 dash paprika |
Directions:
1. Drain artichoke hearts and mash well. Add remaining ingredients, mix with fork then sprinkle paprika on the top. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. 2. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers or pita bread. |
