Hot Artichoke and Bacon Spread |

I came up with this recipe while I was at work. Well what would you do at work? Spread this dip on crackers or baguette bread, or scoop it with tortilla chips. Ingredients:
5 slices bacon |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon dill weed |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon, then set aside on paper towel to drain. 2. Combine mayonnaise,dill weed,and garlic. Mix thoroughly. 3. Add both cheeses and mix again. 4. Crumble the bacon and add to mixture along with the chopped artichokes. Mix thoroughly. 5. Spoon mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes'. |
