A yummy treat after skiing or skating-adults only! Ingredients:
2 large eggs, beaten well |
3 cups whole milk |
2 cups half-and-half |
1/3 cup white sugar |
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 dash salt |
1 cup apple brandy |
nutmeg, for sprinkling |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine eggs, milk, half and half, sugar, cinnamon and salt. 2. Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened. 3. Remove from heat, whisk in brandy. 4. Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg. |
