long skinny green-beans, prepared ( i think they're french )
butter
minced garlic
lemon juice
1 table spoon sambal olek/ vietnamese hot red-chili sauce.
salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. cut off the ends of your green beans please. 2. heat butter and garlic on medium-high heat in a frying pan. 3. add green beans salt and pepper 4. toss together for a sec 5. add a couple splashes of lemon juice and Sambal Olek/Viet hot sauce to your taste. 6. fry untill almost cooked through. They're best when they're still a little crunchy.
