This was a big hit when i used to work in a casino. And the best thing about it is that u can make it as hot or sweet as u want depending on your preference. Ingredients:
50 ml sweet thai sweet chili sauce |
20 -35 g jalapeno peppers |
15 -25 ml tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop the Jalepenos to the size you want.-20-35 gramms.
2. Mix with Sweet thai chilli.-50ml.
3. Mix in Tabasco sauce.-15-25ml.
4. You will need to keep tasting till you get the Heat or Sweet that you like.
5. Enjoy with Steak or fried foods its really just upto you.
