This is 100% my own creation. I had a red sweet hot dipping sauce which my EX-MIL made and served with Lumpia. I have no idea what the ingredients were so I experimented and came up with this. I LIke it BETTER! Read more ! Goes great with my Vietnamese Spring Rolls >Vietnamese Spring Rolls. Ingredients:
1 cup hot red pepper jelly |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tbsp. spiced rice vinegar |
Directions:
1. Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl. You can mellow the hotness by adding more rice vinegar if you want.
2. Chill to allow flavors to meld.
3. Serve with any sort of Spring Roll. I recommend my Vietnamese Spring Rolls >Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls.
