A hot Creole version of your regular steaks. Hits the spot with the meat eaters in my family! Ingredients:
3 lbs cube steaks |
2 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce |
2 tablespoons fresh cracked black peppercorns |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
2 tablespoons creole seasoning |
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine everything except steak. 2. Rub steaks with sauce mixture and fry until cooked to desired wellness. |
