Delicious dish that leaves a spicy taste in your mouth but isn't too hot! Hubby loves it! Ingredients:
2 pcs chicken breast (cut in bite sizes) |
4 cloves garlic (crushed) |
1/4 onion (chopped) |
2 stalks green onions (chopped) |
1 tbsp green pepper (chopped) |
2 pcs serrano chili (chopped and seeds removed) |
2 pcs tabasco pepper (siling labuyo) |
3 tbsp & 1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp vinegar |
1 tsp sugar |
salt |
pepper |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, 2 cloves garlic and pepper. Then add chicken. Marinate for 15 minutes. 2. In a food processor put the remaining garlic, onion, green onion, green pepper, serrano and tabasco chili, alittle bit of water, and salt. 3. Blend until very fine. Set aside. 4. In a pan put vegetable oil. Heat for 5 minutes then put marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is 80% done. Remove from pan, then drain in paper towel. Set aside. 5. In a new pan, heat olive oil. Add the processed spices. Cook for about 2 minutes. Then add chicken. Stir. 6. Add pepper and 1 tsp soy sauce. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes. 7. Serve with rice! (^_^) |
