Delicious Low Calorie Meal Ingredients:
1/2 cup smart ground |
6 cups low fat chicken broth |
2 cups shredded bamboo shoots |
3 oz shitake mushrooms |
4 green onions, chopped |
1 block tofu, sliced in 1 in sticks |
1/2 cup baby corn |
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce |
1 tbsp white wine |
3 tbsp vinegar |
4 cups fresh spinach |
2 tbsp chopped shallots |
1 tsp fresh ginger |
1 tsp chopped garlic |
1 tsp lemongrass |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil |
Directions:
1. In a wok, saute ginger, garlic, lemongrass and mushrooms in olive oil. 2. Add smart ground, and add the remaining ingredients. Heat to serve. 3. Ladle in bowls, drizzle with sesame oil. |
