Good for the coming winter! Ingredients:
1 1/2 liters maggi chicken stock |
20 g chicken, minced |
20 g prawns |
3 green chilies, shredded |
1 inch ginger, shredded |
10 g leeks, shredded |
2 dried chinese mushrooms, shredded |
10 g bean sprouts, shredded |
1/2 teaspoon chinese salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon soya sauce |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour (dissolved in water) |
2 egg whites, beaten |
Directions:
1. Heat the stock in a pot. 2. Add the chicken, prawns and vegetables into the stock as it's boiling. 3. Add the seasonings and ajinomoto. 4. Add cornflour and egg whites (beaten). 5. Stir well until thickened. 6. Serve hot. |
