HORSEY CORNED BEEF PINWHEELS DATED 1971 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Neecey Estate in Sherman, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
1 teaspoon onion grated |
1 teaspoon horseradish |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
15 corned beef slices |
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency. 2. Separate meat slices then lay out five slices slightly overlapping on 18 piece of aluminum foil. 3. Lay out two more rows to form a rectangle of meat then spread with cheese mixture. 4. Roll up as jelly roll using foil to bring up meat at beginning of roll. 5. Use fingers to roll until complete then chill. 6. Just before serving slice into 1 slices. |
