Ingredients:
1 pound mild cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 pound extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 small onion, grated |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
fresh parsley sprigs |
melba toast |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except parsley and melba toast; mix well. Chill. Shape mixture into a horseshoe on a serving platter. Garnish with parsley. Serve with melba toast. |
