The PERFECT complement for Standing Rib Roast (chef Anne Willan). This is so delicious, and taste as good with the meat as with the potatoes. PS: I like to use more (bottled) horseradish. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon freshly grated horseradish (or 3 tablespoons store bought) |
salt and pepper |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks |
Directions:
1. Stir horseradish, salt, pepper, and lemon juice into whipped cream. |
