Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/4 teaspoon onion juice |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Beat whipping cream until just thickened. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well; chill sauce at least 3 hours. Serve sauce cold with roast beef. |
