                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                2 tablespoons flour  |  
                                                1 cup milk  |  
                                                2 to 3 tablespoons white horseradish  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard  |  
                                                1 tablespoon white wine vinegar  |  
                                                2 to 4 tablespoons sour cream, optional  |  
                                                salt and freshly ground black pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a small saucepan, melt butter. When foaming subsides, stir in flour and cook, stirring continuously for about a minute or two. Whisk in the milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add horseradish, mustard and vinegar and remove from heat.
