My favorite sauce served with short ribs, prime rib or any beef dish for that matter.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon horseradish mustard

2 tablespoons deli style prepared horseradish

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and chill for atleast an hour before serving.
