It's grilling season!!! ENJOY!! Ingredients:
2 boneless rib-eye steaks, 3/4 inch thick (8 to 10 oz. each) |
1/3 cup a-1 steak sauce |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
1 teaspoon chopped garlic |
Directions:
1. Mix steak sauce, horseradish, cumin and garlic. 2. Grill or broil steaks 4 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, brushing liberally with steak sauce mixture occasionally. 3. Serves 2. |
