A well-seasoned butter for vegetables (especially corn), meat or bread. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chpped |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Mix well. 3. Enjoy on veggies, meat or bread. |
