Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 lb ground pork |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the meatball mixture, mix well. 2. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. 3. Place in a greased 15 x 10 baking pan, bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink. 4. Meanwhile in a large saucepan combine sauce ingredients. 5. Bring to a boil, stirring often. 6. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. 7. Add meatballs, stir gently to coat. |
