A great spread! From Chef Tal Ronnen's The Conscious Cook cookboook.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon light agave nectar
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
