I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. This mayonnaise is to be served over salmon. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons light sour cream |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
2 -3 teaspoons freshly grated horseradish or 2 -3 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained |
2 teaspoons drained capers (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish and capers, if desired, in a small bowl; mix well. 2. Top each serving of Salmon with a heaping tablespoon of horseradish mayonnaise. 3. Garnish with capers, if desired. |
