OK, I know that nutritionally, mayonnaise isn't good for me, but I love it! Especially flavored mayonnaises (Spicy Chipotle Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Mayonnaise, Easiest Pesto Mayonnaise). This one from Southern Living is good on grilled burgers or roast beef sandwiches. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Cover and chill until ready to serve. 3. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week. |
