Ingredients:
1 (24-ounce) container homestyle mashed potatoes (recommended: country crock) |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir together the mashed potatoes, sour cream, horseradish, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. |
