Horseradish Mashed Potatoes |

These are an awesome partner to roast beef or a juicy steak! Ingredients:
6 medium yukon gold potatoes or 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled & quartered |
1 cup milk (low fat is ok) |
1/4 cup butter |
3 tablespoons creamy style horseradish |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for 15- 20 minutes or until tender; drain well. 2. Heat milk, butter& horseradish in small pot until butter melts. 3. Mash potatoes, stir in hot milk mixture and season to taste. |
