Awesome way to eat corn. This is so full of great flavors. I always make more than one ear per person because no one can seem to eat just one. It you do have leftovers it is good cut off the corn and sauteed with red onions and bell peppers. Read more . Enjoy Ingredients:
1/3 cup unsalted butter |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning |
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
6 ears sweet corn husked |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill for medium heat. 2. In a small saucepan melt butter then stir in mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. 3. Place each corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and drizzle with butter mixture. 4. Wrap loosely leaving space for the expansion of steam and seal. 5. Grill over medium coals for 20 minutes. |
