HORSERADISH DEVILED EGGS My husband and I attended a fund raising poker tournament and cook-off Labor Day Weekend. I was asked to be one of seven judges which was a real honor. Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise then remove yolks and set whites aside.
2. In a bowl mash egg yolks then add mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Mix well then spoon into egg whites.
4. Sprinkle with paprika then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
