'People say, 'Wow!' when they taste these flavorful tangy deviled eggs. Plate is always empty. Ingredients:
6 hard-cooked eggs |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
dash pepper |
sliced green onion tops |
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. 2. Remove yolks; set whites aside. 3. In a bowl, mash the yolks. add mayonnaise, horseradish, dill, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. 4. Pipe or spoon into egg whites. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions. Refrigerate until serving. 6. Watch them disapear. |
