Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
olive oil |
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper |
chives, finely chopped, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, prepared horseradish and a drizzle of olive oil in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with short ribs. |
