Perfect for a roast beef sandwhich or as a condiment for a fondue. Ingredients:
1/3 cup horseradish |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Drain liquid from horse radish till you are left with about 3 to 4 tablespoons of horseradish. 2. Beat the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in salt. 3. Fold horseradish into cream mixture. |
