Low in fat, high in flavor. Goes well with Roast Beef, smoked fish and other steakes and seafood. Ingredients:
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 shallot, minced |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Line colander with cheesecloth. 2. Add yogurt and drain for at least 2 hours. 3. Add remaining ingredients to the yogurt cheese. 4. Mix well. |
