Horseradish Cream for Sandwiches

Found a recipe online, but didn't have all the ingredients - so we came up with this with what we had in the fridge. Delicious with rare cooked cold roast beef and lettuce greens in a fresh seeded roll. You can easily double this, but this amount should generously do four rolls.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish, minced
2 teaspoons sour cream
salt
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients well and add salt to taste.
2. Generously slather the bottom of your sandwich or roll, add roast beef and any of your favourite sandwich fillings and eat!
