Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 tablespoons grated horseradish |
Directions:
1. Beat cream until it begins to thicken, add vinegar gradually; continue beating until cream is stiff; add salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish. |
