Here is a lightened version of a classic accompaniment to roast beef, burgers or baked potatoes. From EatingWell, Winter 2004. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt or 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
fresh ground pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, horseradish and pepper in a small bowl until smooth. 2. Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. |
