This is from a book called Foods Of Scandinavia. Served with hot or cold fish. Doesn't include the chilling time. Ingredients:
1/4 lb unsalted butter |
2 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream the butter with an electric mixer at med speed until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the grated horseradish and salt. 3. Put into a small serving dish and chill until ready to serve. |
