1/2 cup seeded green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can (15 oz.) black eyed peas, drained

1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups long-grained rice

5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
