Taken from Nita Mehta's BBQ Cookbook. Ingredients:
8 ounces shrimp |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 teaspoon crushed ginger |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
2 green chilies, crushed (optional) |
1 lemon, zest of |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp for 2 hours. 2. Oil BBQ plate/rack. 3. Cook shrimp on oiled BBQ for 10-12 minutes or until done. |
